               End User License Agreement (EULA) for Hey Translate – Chat Translator




This End User License Agreement is a legal contract between User and Tech Brain Apps we regarding your use of the Hey Translate – Chat Translator mobile application.


By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not install or use the App.


1. License Grant


We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.


You may use the App on devices you own or control in accordance with this Agreement and the rules of the Google Play Store.


2. Restrictions


You agree that you will not:


Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.


Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code.


Rent, lease, sublicense, or resell the App.


Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.


Use the App in a way that may interfere with other users’ experience or compromise security.


3. Ownership and Intellectual Property


All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including design, content, software code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Tech Brain Apps or its licensors.


This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights to you.


4. User Responsibilities


You must ensure your use of the App complies with local laws and regulations.


You are responsible for maintaining your device, operating system, and internet connection.


You must not upload, share, or translate content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.


5. Translation Disclaimer


The App provides automated translations using machine-based systems.


We do not guarantee that translations are 100% accurate, reliable, or suitable for professional use.


Users should verify translations independently before using them for legal, business, medical, or official purposes.


6. In-App Purchases (IAP)


The App may provide premium features through in-app purchases.


All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing.


We do not collect or store payment card details.


All purchases are final, and refunds are managed according to Google Play Store’s policies.


7. In-App Advertising (IAA)


The App may display ads provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google Ad Mob).


Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device and privacy settings.


We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party advertisements or links.


8. Accessibility Service Permission


The App may request Accessibility Service permission to provide certain features such as real-time translation overlays.


Accessibility Service is used strictly to capture on-screen text for translation purposes.


We do not collect, store, sell, or misuse any personal or sensitive user data obtained via Accessibility Service.


Users may enable or disable this permission at any time in their device settings.


9. Privacy and Data Usage


The App may collect limited data such as device identifiers, usage statistics, ad identifiers, and error logs to improve services.


Any use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside this Agreement.


10. Termination


This Agreement is effective until terminated.


We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms.


Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and uninstall the App.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties


The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind.


We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.


We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of translations.


12. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:


Errors or inaccuracies in translations.


Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.


Any damages arising from advertisements, third-party services, or user misuse.


Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.


13. Changes to this Agreement


We may update this Agreement at any time.


Updates will be posted within the App or on our official website.


Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new terms.


14. Governing Law


This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan.


Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.
